I have been working at TitleMax full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

WHEN fully staffed, good hours & IF you have a supportive positive DM, you can really feel you are or can be successful.

    Cons

GM's are not really given ability to manage, hard to keep staffed, when not staffed, work open to close 6 days a wk w/no lunch break. No wrk life balance and if u don't have a supportive DM, you always feel like you're never doing a good job at anything and it deeply affects morale of entire district.

    Advice to Management

Let GM's manage & if they're not doing a good job, don't beat them down, get rid of them. Pay as close attention to DM's behavior & district morale as u do GM's & stores. Practice what u preach, especially about wrk life balance, when a person wrks 126+ hrs in an 80hr period with not even a lunch break for months at a time, they're going to be less than steller in all areas of their job including cust svc, which is the company's biggest goal. Treat you're employee's like customers amd they will happily slave for u and be truly loyal!
