Pros

Competitive salary. Good benefits. Free food in the office sometimes. Boise office is right on the greenbelt.

Cons

TitleOne preaches that they are one big, happy family, but that couldn't be further from the truth. They don't care about their employees. When I started, I felt like this place might actually be different but it was all a big front. When a place pushes something too hard, it's probably not true and that was unfortunately the case here. You're just a number that they can and will throw out at any point in time without explanation. TitleOne is always on the "best companies to work for" lists, but leadership and management push hard for you to give the company a glowing review even if that's not your experience. Again, it's all fake. Turnover seemed high from what I noticed too, showing it's not all it's made out to be. Sales is put on a pedestal and all other departments aren't given any special treatment even though they work hard. Way too much work is put on each person - it's unrealistic to get it all done but they expect you to anyway. People are nice to your face but talk behind your back. It's very clique-y overall. Don't waste your time here.
