Pros
I worked with ToXSL for 2 years. 1) Salary & increments on time. 2) Best office space and very good working environment. 3) Flexible timings: 45 mins flexibility in morning timing. One short leave per month. 4) Weekly training for every team, so lots of learning and growth. 5) Open door policy. No politics. 6) Best Salary increments. I myself got my first salary increment of approx 150%. 7) Latest technology and lot to learn. Best place for those who really want to learn and grow. 8) Follow coding standards, proper use of ERP, GIT and other required software. 9) Month end, birthday, festival celebration, fun activities, company's anniversary party, new year party, team outing and much more. 10) Friendly work environment, technically strong seniors and management, which help you as and when require. So you don't need to struggle for days if you struck in any technical issues. 11) If you are a fresher then you must must must join ToXSL. Cons
I don't find any Cons. But yes, there is no place for non-performer or over-smart people. For sure, you cannot cheat managers or cannot steal code from here. Those who try to do such things, they cannot be part of ToXSL for longer. In my 2 years of career with ToXSL, I have seen some employees who left because of their mistakes and then they blame organization. I am happy that ToXSL is able to offer such an organized place to work with, in such a short span of 4.5 years in Industry. Definalty proud to be ToXSLite!!
