      Pros

      It is the best place to acquire construction and project management skills with broader responsibility even though you are a newbie.

      Cons

      It was necessary to work around 70 hours overtime every month because the construction work needs to proceed with even weekends continuously. However, I have heard that currently the working environment is so improved recently.

      Pros

      I have joined them after graduating from college. There were lot of project relating to the commercial and residential design. They teach their employees from scratch.

      Cons

      Lot of overtime. Very busy especially during the high season.

      Great coworkers and boss, and pretty good benefits (which generously support house rents)

      Cons

      not challenging enough, the job requirements are too wide that you may end up not knowing what you are doing
