    Pros

    TokenEx has undoubtedly been the best move of my career. I took a risk leaving a secure job to come to a smaller company, but I believed in the vision and the people driving it. I value our product, and the greater good it providers from organizations and their customers, which was very important to me. The leadership team is fun, engaging, and flexible. I can't say enough good things about my direct manager, or the CEO. Both genuine and understanding. I would recommend this company to anyone.

    Cons

    If you're not in it to win it, you'll be exposed quickly. This company is full of go-getters that are all eager to reach the same goal. There's room for error, nurturing, and growth, but if you're only willing to provide the bare minimum, you won't last long.

    Pros

    Company has a really good product, with a well rounded team and teammates who got your back. Management was quick to always be there for any issues, and worked hard to make sure my asks could be fulfilled. You learn a lot at the company that can be a great stepping stone into many other areas of IT, which is a blessing and a curse, but something well worth it. Just make sure you work hard, and your achievements will be rewarded and recognized by everyone at the company.

    Cons

    At the beginning of my hiring process, there were some interesting discrepancies that weren’t fully relayed to me regarding base pay (a new line of HR is in place, replacing the old ones) which are doing great. However I’ve had a sour experience, and did not see any remedies to get fixed when talking with the new line of HR. If working in Support, you have no overtime hours, and are expected to be on call 24/7 through rotations. Work can be burdensome, and having a continuous change in schedule is draining and no compensation for it at all. Company did switch to hybrid model after covid “subsided” in Oklahoma, which is honestly a bit ridiculous given how the company can function just fine with employees who want to work from home. It’s a bit archaic when management asks why the employee isn’t in the office. Not saying it’s bad thing, people like the hybrid model however I think it should be an option rather than a requirement.

    Pros

    TokenEx is growing fast, and Leadership is transparent with employees and excellent at communicating their vision. Great culture, flexible, and I feel valued and appreciated more than I have at any other company. Continuously relay updates to employees on the business and keep us informed, especially during COVID, and putting the safety of employees first. Communication is two-way, open, and employees are encouraged to speak freely and collaborate -- couldn't ask for more! They are a performance-driven company (that’s why they are killing it in the market!), so if you are passionate about your career, working hard work, and like to have fun – this is the company for you!

    Cons

    None that I can think of - Just keep hiring great employees to support the business as we continue to grow.
