    Pros

    Benefits were great.

Work life never really interferes with your personal time.
    Fellow co-workers were always friendly.

Upper management has major communication problems.
    Raises and bonuses rarely happen.
Lack of communication between departments and/or teams causes major problems especially between field staff and in-house staff.
