Down Hill - Senior Funding Director Torro Employee Review

Hello, thank you for your feedback. Sales can be a very difficult position, most companies don't offer a base pay, we provide a solid base to help through the learning curve for training and investment into your career at Torro. We have many reps here who are succeeding and growing, unfortunately we also have reps who are not willing to put in the work/communication to grow. We also have new hires that come in and are not a good fit for sales and we part as friends. Our question on this review, is if you feel the company is going under, are you contributing to what is needed to ensure that doesn't happen, or are you milking the base pay? (like most low performing sales agents). Sales is much like anything in life, you get out of it what you put in. We're confident in our business practices/structure. Possibly, the only thing downhill is your performance due to your mindset. However, we are always looking to improve and are willing to invest into you, if you are willing to invest in yourself. As always managements doors are open, with 100+ employees it's difficult to know who's struggling, unless we receive the proper communication.
