    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Tory Burch full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

-most of the people are great to work with
-summer fridays start memorial day through labor day
    -compensation is fair
-growing company, therefore more opportunities (for some not all)

    Cons

-some people are plain out rude which makes it embarassing to work with
-they promote senior level employees left and right but not assistant levels who do the actual work (dirty work) to get the company running
-definitely not luxury retail, more of contemporary side
    -not enough systems support
-hires more senior level employees but not enough assistants
    -no

    Advice to Management

don't be a pushover and let your employees talk down on you. it reflects very poorly on your management skills and often times very embarassing behaviors that reflect on the company. think about who's actually carrying on the work and hire accordingly.
