Pros

- Every equipment need nearly met

Cons

- No order to client acquisition
- Current PTM program is disjointed
- Sales opportunities are limited to Trainers who can sell
- No motivation to improve
- No added benefit to staying long term
- No recognition for a job well done
- No one likes the company management
- Cannot keep up with better gyms
- Failed SGT program strategy
- New UXF is a joke of a program

Advice to Management

You need to actually understand the industry and where it is headed. You are worse than Equinox and more expensive than Retro. Where is your business strategy? Where are you trying to position yourself? What is you marketing and sales strategy with package rates for training? You seem not to know, and you don't let the employees IN the gym know of anything. You will soon be a failed gym if you keep going the way you are.
