Pros

Good if you desperately need money, or have another schedule to work around.

Cons

Not a career, they try and brainwash you into thinking that its the best company ever with a lot of growth. Nobody cares about the bottom level employees and moving up is not based on your qualifications but if you're the right person's favorite. The pay of non-tipped employees is not enough to survive, so if you're a cashier you better have other income or help coming in.

Advice to Management

Start treating blue collar employees better and minimize turn-over to get best results from workers. It'll save you money as well

    Pros

    Good job for part-time students
If you are related to a Manager you are guaranteed a job
Good tips at the premiere hotels

    Cons

Senior Management lack the ability to run a company of this size
The line managers are all related in some way. Only relatives seem to be promoted
Hiring is a pyramid scheme. The company convinces people to accept positions by making promises of high pay and flexible hours, but they disappear when it's time to train or develop them.
Women, minorities, parents, need not apply for management positions
The org made a huge push and hired a "rainbow" of people late last year into "manager" titles with no reports, authority, responsibilities, or direction, in order to find a new investor and make a few diversity videos.
    No 401k
    Healthcare benefits are not competitive
Managers average 70 hours per week including weekends

    Advice to Management

    Sell
Do something about the deep rooted cliques and nepotism
