    Pros

Nice new cars to work on.

    Cons

pay and benefits suck. no recognition for a job well done.

    Advice to Management

I think it is reasonable for technicians to be paid at least 25-30% of the shop door rate. Our shop rate is $80. I have been working here for 2 years and make $12/hr. That is just a slap in the face. I am a licensed tech and ready to move on.

"Too stressful. Management is very disrespectful and does not expect you to have any personal life of any kind."

    Pros

Facility is one that any engineer would be proud to work at. Skill and quality of workers is inspirational.

    Cons

Do not expect any form of respect for yourself or your personal life from your boss. Asking for time off is a sin.

    Advice to Management

Understand and respect the fact that your employee also has a personal life outside of work where they also need to give time to their friends and family.
