    Pros

Great place to work. Great plant, great people, great experience. Management was focused on process improvement. If something happened, the first question would be "What happened to the process" not "Who caused the problem" which is different than most companies. Fairly new plant so managers got to have a strong influence in the culture of the plant to begin with. Focused on pure Toyota Production System.

    Cons

Demanding not in terms of time, but in terms of expectation. Everyone would be given multiple projects with deadlines. If the deadlines were not met or the target was not achieved, the conversation would not be a very pleasant one. Management did not expect you to work anymore than 45 hours a week (40 hours plus 5 "casual" hours), but they expected you to get your work done in that time.

    Advice to Management

Management has turned over since I worked there, but it seems like the culture has changed to being more soft. My advice to the new management would be to get back to the roots of the plant.

    Pros

    Good experience, fairly strong company

    Cons

No benefits as a co-op, no days off.

    Advice to Management

Atleast one day off per semester would be nice.
