Toyota breaks something every single day with changes they make to IT infrastructure which results in hundreds of frustrated dealerships calling the help desk to report an issue. Toyota refuses to allocate more funds to the help desk in order to hire more staff to lessen the amount of calls each agent is getting so we are stuck taking calls all day long back to back They refuse to fix issues in their service now instance which results in slow load times and multiple issues with creating tickets but instead they'll harp on the help desk to WORK AROUND the issues they refuse to fix. I have been here for 3 years now and in all 3 of these years, I've had to click on 6 different pop ups to create one ticket when it should be 1 click. They refuse to hire more help desk associates but are always introducing more responsibilities to the help desk. If you ever get an opportunity to work for Toyota help desk, run. You'll lose your sanity.
