    Pros

    Free water and Gatorade for staff. Free food on Saturdays.

    Cons

    Expensive Health insurance. Mediocre salaries. No air conditioning in garages for us technicians. Outdated facility and equipment. Management seem to hide behind employees and don’t take responsibility when customers get mad from having a bad experience. Entire Service Staff is overwhelmed and everyone struggles to keep up from over booking appointments and not organizing scheduling or distribution of work. Service advisor staff is held accountable for too many responsibilities while juggling an overwhelming pace of appointments. Service advisors should be more focused on explaining to customers recommendations ..getting to know them more on a calm slower paced level to gain trust and return business....not being ordered to walk out customers to remove plastic from cars, help valet cars, answer phones... hire more valets for that. Scheduling of appointments doesn’t slow down enough for staff to pay the proper care to customers and their vehicles. This sacrifices quality throughout the department creating many types of problems from poor inaccurate rushed vehicle inspections, mistakes on repairs, parts not ordered correctly and late promise times for customers. I as a technician usually cannot take much deserved lunch breaks because of fear of falling behind. This is the case with all of us usually. Every Saturday it is frowned upon by management for anyone to take more than a 10-15 minute break for the entire day. They do provide food such as pizza, but over scheduling on purpose ensures the staff cannot take a proper deserving break. Managers are not open to new ideas and seem to just punch a clock and care about profits.

    fair pay, flexible schedule, competitive jobs, and eye, dental, and health insurance

    some outdated equipment, slightly overpacked shop, and the occasional dip in communication between departments
