    Pros

You are selling a great product. Can't beat Toyota.

    Cons

They don't pay you spin money or pull checks from Toyota. They keep it. Employees have to pay 1.50 for the free coffee. You can't use the main restrooms, the elivator, or the owner's stairwell. You can only talk to the owner if he speaks to you. If you sell 20 cars a month you will only make around $3000 a month. They charge over $40 for shirts and $25 for a log book that is useless. Micro manage everything. No spit deals and you are not protected on deals. If a customer comes in and asks for you, if you are busy someone else can take your deal.if they see you using your cell they will take it or send you home. All in all they do not care about their Employees.

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone well and there wouldn't be such a high turn over.

I have been working at Toyota of Orlando full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

weekly pay, paid training, great customer base, great inventory, nice facilities.

    Cons

high pressure to meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals, its a weekly draw meaning that if you don't sell you will be paying money back the following week don't be fooled it takes dedication and hard work to succeed here, you are forced to work out doors in the heat and cannot leave your spot, customers that you talk too will come back any other day and you are not guaranteed it will be your deal if they don't ask for you by name, and sometimes management will take your deal and give it to one of the select few who have not done the work, go figure, and if you complain you risk being fired

    Advice to Management

its not always the product sales specialist fault when customers don't buy, this is a team effort, so talking down does not help, it makes it worse, stop allowing your deals to go to those who have been there longer its not fair we all work just as hard
