Pros

Its has a great business ethics. Its full of toys and kids of all ages. Plush is the easiest section you could work. The manager for the dept really cares for the people in her dept.

Cons

watch your back!
for a great place to work for the holidays the people there are grumpy and the older people a jealous that the younger employees are moving up faster than them. watch out for the group hate that can be created over you...watch out who you speak too

Advice to Management

Run a pretty tight ship. Nothing really bad to talk about the management. They listen to most of the employees

    Pros

If you are looking to move up as a dept. supervisor, toys r us is the place to work. They do 80% internal promotions.

    Cons

They reason why they do 80% internal promotions is so they dont have to pay you that much. As a HR dept supervisor moving up in the company or any other supervisor position, you would make about $2 more than minimum wage, or lower.... depending on how long you have worked there.

    Advice to Management

not to my immediate manager, but to corporate... there would be a lot less turnover, and better supervisor if you would pay your employees better than you would pay someone coming from outside the company
