Travel the world. Generally secure roles with basic income to pay the bills when not travelling. Good atmosphere in the office - although this atmosphere is degrading with current management. Opportunities to get involved with some interesting technology, and to customer facing roles.
Cons
Tracerco expect a lot of commitment from field staff. This takes the form of lots of time away and when you are not away - there is an expectation of office hours too, so work life balance suffers. The time away is generally well rewarded in remuneration. Tracerco is now owned by an investment company who are likely to aim to sell Tracerco on and changes to the organisation to shape it for this purpose may be negative for staff.
