TSC is the only company I know that gives every team member a monthly sales bonus . The company has excellent values and really works hard to put the best tools in the hands of it's team members. It is customer-centric by working to develop skills in it's team members. There are monthly trainings that help the team gain product knowledge as well as customer service skills
Cons
Monthly bonus varries depending on your location and how well the store performs each month. Smaller teams in stores means a bigger impact on workload when we do get short handed.
