Great place but values are slipping - Anonymous employee Trade Me Employee Review

Unfortunately the culture is going in the wrong direction and the company itself isn’t living up to its values. We are being pushed to meet crazy targets, and it move at pace whilst trying new things & taking risks - yet the exec team can be very negative when pitching new ideas, which sadly fosters a culture of being afraid to fail & try new things. With recent redundancies being kept very hush hush it has also led to gossip amongst the business, which is leading to fear.
