    Pros

    Co-worker camaraderie is pretty decent, occasional free lunches, big office, opportunities to work outside of FL. TradeStation has some great charting software and people love it for the indicators and EasyLanguage. Some support people know how to do complex things and can help clients.

    Cons

    I don't see too much opportunity for advancement as an employee. Upper management doesn't seem to know anything about the platform. They are very out of touch with the needs of a typical brokerage client. They think the forex platform is expanding and improving, but it's actually worsening. It has wide spreads and poor execution. Our commercials say that we can help you build indicators and strategies but that's not really true unless you want to learn how to code or pay someone a thousand dollars.

    Advice to Management

    Improve your iphone app. Learn how to actually use the software. Fix all the bugs.
