      Pros

Friendly work environment with both customers and fellow employees and management. As a Crew member you are encouraged to have fun with customers, answering product questions, chatting about recipes using the Trader Joes products and food in general. Kindness to the customers is a big focus, even giving flowers to someone who's having a rough day. The brand is high quality , fun to try and easy to sell.Flexible hours and excellent pay for retail with reviews every 6 months and the potential for raises every time. You don't need to spend any money on wardrobe since t-shirts and sweatshirts are provided and you can wear jeans.

      Cons

This job is physically demanding . A very busy store means you never stop moving , lifting, reaching, breaking down boxes, etc. , and since the stores are small the stock areas can be very congested which can make things difficult. It's also difficult bonding with your co workers because you're going all the time.

          Pros

If you love chatting with people and a range of personalities (from co-workers to customers) this job is for you. Lots of moving parts but it's simple when you get the hang of the day to day duties. Lots of standing and lifting depending on where you are placed but the rotating schedule makes a shift go by quicker than expected some days.

          Cons

Management is sometimes chaotic and messy but the heart and intention is there- depends on the store and staff but all in all, you will get through your day despite the chaos.

        QC Specialist II

When someone says “We are eager to fill this position, we have no timeline but it should not drag out,” what are the chances I’m selected? This was at the third round interview, last Tue (5d ago) when I was told I should hear from HR next. The job was posted 30+ days ago. I applied for it on 10/22 and the interview process started 11/6 with an HR screening phone call.

Workday interview tips needed. The role I am applying to is a site reliability engineer role. I am not sure what to expect. Of course it’s a technical role so I do expect those questions. I am wondering if they go extra hard and how many rounds? I read somewhere that they do 5 rounds. Either way any tips are@welcome.
