Great place to work with great benefits. Many companies could really learn from Trader Joe's. I company which leads and does not lord over others. It is seen from top to bottom. Great internal company values and benefits.

Can not technically work full time at the company.
Love the team, variety of items we carry and that we aren't stuck in one section the entire shift. Everyone is friendly and supportive.

- Pay rate should be much higher for crew members, in order to support a living wage, and OT should be taken away from Mates to accommodate higher pay for crew members, as well as provide a work life balance for Mates. 12-16 hour shifts for Mates? Come on.
- Crew should receive a raise if they become a back up or full order writer
- Higher pay on Sunday would increase the # of members that work on Sunday
- Mate track should be easier to achieve.
- PTO/AR should accrue at a rate in order to offer at least 2 weeks of PTO each year
- Does not allow OT for crew members even when short staffed, but requires Mates to work more than 40 hours a week at OT pay even when it's slow.
