      Basic customer service work, management is nice and easy to work with

      Cons

      If there’s an outage and 100s of calls start coming in at once theres never clear directions on how to respond and it easily becomes a nightmare

      Awesome Place to work. A great team with even greater leaders who are understanding and can be accommodating. Every addition to the team is analysed and strategically selected for the perfect fit.

      I have no cons to list. As log as you comfortable with a family feel environment to a certain degree your good.
