laid back to the point where nobody does anything

Moving all US operations to India so they don't have to pay the US salaries. Management and ownership are a complete joke. Not involved, but then bash you for poor performance. When I started in Feb, there was around 20 people working there. when I left this month I was the 4th person still there. They denied moving to India even after they were having us train India employees our jobs, and even after realtors would walk potential buyers around the office during the day with floor plans. They also changed the commission structure so none of its US employees will get their owed commission this month. This is without having us sign anything or even telling us. Please don't even consider working with this company as an employee or potential customer.
