I have been working at TransPerfect full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Great people to work with, nice gym perk in the office, flexible schedule

    Cons

Honestly, if you're not in sales you don't exist in this office. They make it a point to say what a great culture there is but the only people who do things and are invited to things are sales people. The rest of the "team" is relegated to a lower floor that looks like a dungeon. There is no culture outside of sales, it's frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Make it a point to include everyone in happy hours, office parties and a nice office environment. ...that or just let us work from home. Also it's word that you don't offer benefits until you've been there for 60 days. ..seems dishonesty since healthcare is mandatory to have

I worked at TransPerfect full-time for less than a year

      Pros

You learn a lot about corporate culture, politics and how not to get caught in it.

      Cons

Same old story as with mediocre organizations, over worked and underpaid.

      Advice to Management

      Remove the nepotism!
