I have been working at Transaction Network Services full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

For a long time, this was a great place to work.

    Cons

In Feb 2013, TNS was bought out by private investors. Within days of the acquisition being finalized, the company eliminated over 100 full-time employees in the US. Many good people who have worked there for years were suddenly let go.

Bonuses are non-existent unless you're Senior Director level or above.

Raises have been less than cost-of-living for several years in a row, regardless of how well you've done or what you've accomplished for the company.

    Advice to Management

Myself and all of my co-workers are no longer happy working for TNS, and are looking for better opportunities.

    Advice to Management
