lazy chemists, people do the minimum just to keep their jobs

    Company invest in trainings and development of employees.
    Practicing taking Gallup survey

    Cons

    Acquired by new management. Imbalance workloads, trimmed down manpower for increasing workloads, tendency of getting burnt out.
    New top management can be easily manipulated by existing managers with their dirty politics.

    Advice to Management

    Be vigilant, check and verify.
    Spend time with open discussion to randomly selected employees, not pre-selected by supervisors and plant managers to know the real situation in the company.

    Prior to Essilor integration, great management, vibrant & passionate culture.

    Cons

    Essilor being 100% majority owner.

    Advice to Management

    If changes aren't made soon, Transitions may not be a major player in the photochromic market much longer.
