Start with the business being a con 1. They screwed employees on having a 401k 2. the ceo will take advantage of your skill set, use it, then toss you to the side 3. The ceo and his wife are absolutely “business selfish” , only care about bettering their pocketbook, and will cut money where it affects the employees but pays the ceo. 4. the ceo expenses everything in business related to benefit themselves 5. They catfish titles (was brought in thinking I would be one thing, only to find out day of start I had been reduced in title) 6. Never rewarded for any accomplishment to keep the company going
