I have been working at Transwestern full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Transwestern has been consistently ranked as one of the best places to work in local, regional and national surveys. Judaeo-Christian values are the bedrock of the company. The company is privately held and their is a very flat management structure. Great cooperation across the platform.

    Cons

Things can sometimes be a little too much on the entrepreneurial side.

I have been working at Transwestern full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    It was a full-time job.

    Cons

Horrible upper management. Transwestern is a company that is full of all Chiefs and no Indians. Many people in upper management have no idea how to do simple tasks. Transwestern is a company that lies, cheats and doesn't care about their employee's. It is a company that operates out of nepotism and favoritism.

    Advice to Management

Start being honest and learn what it means to have integrity.
