    Pros

    High Salary!!! Great Benefits. Wear Jeans every Friday.

    Cons

    Very little opportunity for advancement or movement within other lines of business within the company. So apply for a position you are passionate about, because you will be there for a while.

    Expectations are impossibly high and the work load is high and overwhelming. The company is behind on technological resources.

    Advice to Management

    Travelers needs to hire more diverse managers. Minorities that are qualified, do not get many opportunities to be apart of the management team. They are often overlooked due to the nepotism or buddy system. Minority employees may not relate to the majority in management on a personal level, due to background and communication barriers. Thus causing the buddy system to deter minority employees from being hired into leadership roles within the company.

    The company needs to embrace more diverse ethics in hiring, as the portray in the mission statement and core values that the company prides itself on.
