I have been working at Travelers as an intern (Less than a year)

Pros

There are many different opportunities available within the company, and the training is robust. They don't make you feel like an intern, but rather an employee. It's a great place to start your career.

Cons

The environment and office culture was something I was not used to, it's very research based. Extremely quiet, not a lot of employee interaction. It takes some getting used to.
