> I work with a great team of people > Travelers does seem to want to promote from within after a year. > Decent starting pay and training. > Benefits are good, and PTO is the best Ive seen.

> They seem to not understand the raising costs in cities, and will not look at this when giving raises > Moving into a management position is next to impossible when current managers will not retire > Still seems to hold on to their conservative ways of how to run a business. > Need to offer more work from home positions.
