      buen ambiente laborar, prestaciones, se aprende bastante.

      Cons

      no es una empresa rentable y esta lejos de serlo, los despidos masivos se han vuelto comunes, así que no es una empresa estable. En caso de que tengas un empleo estable no recomiendo pasarse a esta. Desde mi punto de vista, a la empresa le falta tener un horizonte mejor definido u otra estrategia para generar ingresos.

      Pros

      None really valuable beyond the typical benefits that go along with the salary.

      Cons

      There are leaders who belittle the work of others, regardless of position and experience. There is a culture of creating problems and being the one who makes the most noise to show off, but those who actually do things are not valued.
