    I worked at Trellis Company

    Pros

Great location, free popcorn, filtered water..you CAN make money if you can navigate the myriad of ways the company does everything possible to minimize or take away your income. They only require a 40 hour week and pay overtime. Good benefits, paid holidays.

    Cons

This company does everything possible to financially abuse it's employees; they've designed an extensive set of policies designed to entrap people into losing income. This is because the policies are designed to prey up people's human nature to make mistakes. In other words, the policies stipulate people will lose every cent of commission on an account they may have spent a lot of time on for mis-spelling a word or... placing a word in the wrong order in a sentence. This is in spite of the fact that the people they do this to generate at least 90% of the company's revenue. I've never worked for such an unethical place before. Obviously, poor management on every level is an issue. The company is also laying people Morale is awful. Most people hate it there but won't take the initiative to get something new. They have a $600 referal program and even their own employees won't recommend anyone to work here.

I have been working at Trellis Company full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Trellis Company has recently made significant leadership changes that have created an environment of trust, openness, and leadership regularly demonstrates how they truly value employee contributions and commitment. The transparency demonstrated just within then past few months provides insight into the future including impact to employees, and the integrity now displayed has long been lacking and while employees... are held accountable, management "walks the talk". Benefits are stellar with a lot of flexibility and options, and the facilities are amazing.
