Trimarkusa is a company that treats their employees like family. The environment is friendly, fun, with wonderful people. I love being a part of this company. I have learned so much and value this company. Management is very knowledgeable and friendly. Trimarkusa has special events for holidays and birthdays. It's a great place to be.

Poor and hectic management, lack of training, overworked with little pay, no help and support from your team/colleagues, unorganized, lack of diversity, no work like balance, and constant bombardment from management when something small goes wrong. Management likes to micromanage to the point they will CC the entire team about the mishap which is humiliating. What was unfair about this position is that your team makes you work in the office alone while everyone has the opportunity to WFH when a hybrid position was discussed during the interview process. It is also hard to get to know people or open up to them since they are all in cliques in their departments in the office. Lastly, please be sure to check what position you are applying to. I applied for an Office Coordinator position but somehow ended up doing Project Coordinator work.
