Pros

Smart co-workers ready to do their part and help
Interesting work

Cons

Clearly the move is on to close CA HQ
CIO is a do..b
COO brought him and other cronies in (The Fix is in)
The IT group is lame and lacking
Bleeding customers fast
Review process is arbitrary and tilted towards rewarding those in the swamp club

Advice to Management

You cannot move forward with the current groupd of c-levels. Rampant cronism and limited insight to providing great customer service in an industry that mandates excellent service. You've already lost a lot of talent due to turf wars.

    Pros

TriNet is a leader in the HR Outsourcing industry. TriNet invests heavily in technology, training, and development of the field professionals that work there.

    Cons

TriNet allows some pretty "bad" people to populate their executive team layer. It is very surprising given the values that the company show is other ways.

    Advice to Management

Make tough decisions about the kind of company you want to run. What kind of people should work at the executive level? Make hard decisions - regardless of talent - and get rid of the execs that don't have the level of ethical soundness a company like TriNet requires.
