Pros

Can't think of a thing.

Cons

If you sign with them you better know what you are getting into because leaving may be painful. If you want to leave you will find out exactly what they think of their employees. You can't expect to get any expense reports paid back to you. They put in their employee handbook that if you elect to leave the company you will only be paid minimum wage for the hours due to you since your last pay. I personally know of one person who had been there for years and after turning in his 2 week notice they promptly let him go. Second guy left his employer to work for them and on his first day he showed up and they said they didn't need him after all. If you travel for them be aware they structure the travel so the company gets the rewards points for your travel so you don't even get that benefit. Search on the managements names and legal records and you will see some interesting history of them trying to get out of paying what is due.

Pros

Chill, Laid back, Decent base pay.

Cons

Managers are non existent, No actual leads are given, Everyone has different rules and expectations. Place is nuts when it comes to being organized. Doesn't matter what time you show up. One guy wears sweats every day, shows up 45 minutes late and got a promotion before many folks because the bosses son plays on his baseball team
