      Chill, Laid back, Decent base pay.

      Cons

      Managers are non existent, No actual leads are given, Everyone has different rules and expectations. Place is nuts when it comes to being organized. Doesn't matter what time you show up. One guy wears sweats every day, shows up 45 minutes late and got a promotion before many folks because the bosses son plays on his baseball team

      Pros

      Great opportunities to learn from diverse projects, customer interactions and end-user support, great collaboration culture and smart colleagues

      Cons

      "profit sharing" which was part of the benefits doesn't exist, no performance review, you'll have to fight for a raise, and unprofessional layoffs, senior leadrship is completely disconnected from the employees
