      Pros

      I have worked for Triage Partners for 8 yrs. The company has grown considerably since I started in 09. We have a great Program for our Installers. The compensation plan is production based. If you are efficient and productive can make really good money. Another pro is all of Management advanced from within. Paid Vacation after 3 yrs, Good Health Benefits, and paid Holidays.

      Cons

      Occasionally working 6 days a week. Usually short term.

      Pros

      The company is there for you whenever you need it, Always willing to be flexible and work with you to overcome any difficulties. They will assist you with getting things done if you get overloaded. They will also always ask what can we do to make it better.

      Cons

      You cannot be stagnant. If you are standing still your are falling behind. This is a company where growth is a primary focus and if you are not looking to be part of the solution, you may be part of the problem.
