      The manager and hr are good about getting back to me when i have a problem. I started earning vacation and sick time this last year but didn't have it for 3 years

      no posting of available positions. no 401-k. no career advancement. no training.

      Pros

      The company is there for you whenever you need it, Always willing to be flexible and work with you to overcome any difficulties. They will assist you with getting things done if you get overloaded. They will also always ask what can we do to make it better.

      Cons

      You cannot be stagnant. If you are standing still your are falling behind. This is a company where growth is a primary focus and if you are not looking to be part of the solution, you may be part of the problem.
