I have been working at Tribridge full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

flexibility, fast-paced, ability to give back to community

Cons

compensation not aligned with workload or skillset; no ability for pay increases except cost of living or, in some departments, career advancement; the harder you work, the more work they give you

Advice to Management

Executive management has a great vision and "core values" but doesn't trickle down to director level; "nice guys" but otherwise non-performers that are moved from job title to job title demotivate those who actually work really hard every day hoping for some notice

I have been working at Tribridge full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

There is a good company culture, where employees are usually willing to help each other out. There is a lot of great talent in the company to work with and bounce ideas off of. Also, you are encouraged to express your ideas on what should be done on projects.

    Cons

You may need to work nights, and on weekends. Processes have been put in place to help reduce overhead which have caused a lot more overhead. Benefits are good, but the compensation is lacking. Management has also started becoming ambiguous.

    Advice to Management

Managers need to communicate with each other before reaching out to the same resources for work all at once.

I have been working at Tribridge full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Terrific clients, very promising growth for the company, surrounded by caring management. Amazing company events (i.e. last annual event was at Disney for a 3 day session with fireworks and amazing guest speakers.

    Cons

Travel, but that is the nature of the consulting business.

    Advice to Management

Keep communicating. Team members are excited to hear about all of the recent wins and accolades for the company.
