    If you are starting your career in ad operations this company is a good place to start. Extensive two week training with hands on exercises.

    Not much room for growth without moving to another department.

    Attracts talented people below VP level. Many of the day to day workers are super smart and dedicated.

    Cons

    It’s impossible to be a good manager here. It takes a year (literally) to secure modest raises for your team. They don’t support top talent. Leadership makes decisions that benefit them personally, rather than the company.
