I worked at Trillium Family Services full-time for more than a year

PTO, unionized, fair wages, sanctuary training, safety, and community. Flexible hours. Free lunch. Clients.

    Cons

Lack of funding for more benefits. Unprofessional front end swing north cottage supervisors K

    Advice to Management

Management is doing a great job and my time at Trillium was rewarding. I truly am going to miss passing meds here as a CMA and working with the clients taught me how to become more empathetic. I truly believe Trillium’s work in the community is outstanding. Everyone over at health services are the best! If you’re a new CMA this is the place you would want to gain experience.

I worked at Trillium Family Services part-time for less than a year

    Pros

The people are what make working at Trillium so incredible. The staff, therapists, managers, everyone is so kind and open to helping you adjust to the new workplace.

    Cons

Staff are definitely underpaid, but I suppose you can't wish for much given the nature of the work.
