    Approves of CEO

I have been working at Trinity Consultants part-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great office team, everyday is different as the challenges clients have change, opportunity to work with and mentor motivated staff

    Cons

In consulting, there is always more that can be done. As company has grown through acquisitions, culture hard to maintain. Each local office can be quite unique in culture, tone, and team support.

    Advice to Management

Don't forget that loyalty to a company by an employee has to be earned, not presumed.
