Approves of CEO

I have been working at Trinity Health full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Great place to work. Employee's are important and treated well. Top management believes that family is very important and very family oriented company.

Cons

Very large company spread across multiple states, may be hard to advance depending on your willingness to relocate and or transfer to other sites.

Advice to Management

You have some great employee's at remote locations that need to be remembered when looking to fill management roles. It is great that the company has advanced with technology and telecommuting is used, this secures great employee's and helps with loyalty to the job and the company.

I worked at Trinity Health part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Worked with many talented, dedicated colleagues

    Cons

Minimal professional growth, continuing education opportunities. "invisible" bonuses promised Poor management & staff organization; upper management focus on revenue over service. Low performing staff and managers tolerated. Poor orientation for new hires: Over 1 month to get ID badges, work tools/laptops and disorganized training. Very poor communication from home office with field staff

    Advice to Management

Need experienced, organized managers. Get rid of old wood, non performing staff! More focus on customer service and meeting field service issues vs generating business referrals.
