I have been working at Trinity Industries full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Find one and I would be happy to share it.

    Cons

They treat you like garbage. They will do whatever they can in their power to throw you under the bus if it makes them look good. By them and they, I mean the upper management. I have seven years of OEM and 216-B/HM-251 experience as well as two Bachelor's Degrees and an MBA. They made me a secretary. What is worse is that they pay me just enough to make it impossible to leave.

    Advice to Management

Learn something about values and ethics.
