I have been working at Trinity Management full-time

    Pros

Decent Pay, Benefits are good, time off is great, small growing company so you aren't "just a number" but rather when you attend corporate meetings, trainings, or functions, the upper management usually recognizes you.

    Cons

I am sure it is different in each area, but at times it is impossible to get in touch with upper management when needed.

    Advice to Management

If employees are unhappy, the become unproductive, results may not be immediate, but in the long run business will suffer little by little until it gets to the point of no return.

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Trinity Management full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Some flexibility, decent health benefits

    Cons

No structure, no organization, no training or follow up for new employees

    Advice to Management

If employees that have been there for years start leaving one by one, look at higher management as to the reason.
