I have been working at Triple-S Management full-time for more than a year
Pros
Medical and life insurance .
Cons
Everything else.
You work long hours going literally door to door offering life insurance. Also your going to collect people payments. Every cancelation no matter how old is, they going to deducted for your paycheck. They love to "cantar la venta", that means that your ask to reveal your week results in front not only your peers but sometimes on front of other offices. Like some competition. Basically your going to do like two different jobs, between collection and sales, and getting really pay for one. For the majority of time is a six days work because you need to "earn" some Saturdays. And your paycheck is not going to be stable but your diary expenses just going up. Last but not least, they supposed to evaluate you for the month results but they are breathing in your neck everyday. You end up selling insurance to your family, friends and friends of your friends. It's not worthy.
