        401k match should be improved, and there are a lot of processes that are paper-based that should be converted to be done electronically (although this is happening slowly). Remote employees can sometimes feel they are on an island.

        Advice to Management

        The company is full of good people. Continue to encourage their professional growth and it will keep morale high.

        Management can be difficult to deal with when your presenting outside-the-box thinking. Pay is below average for the numbers/effort that has to be put in to obtain them.
