Doesn't Recommend

Pros

Front line staff, nurses, CNAs, etc are (for the most part) fun to work with
Pay is slightly above city average

Cons

Very weak leadership!
Strong favoritism shown. Promotions, recognition shown only to those liked by administration.
Lack of communication.
Bullying and mobbing allowed.
Refusal of administration to promote Kindred's policy of English in work areas.
Lack of separation of home time vs work time.

Advice to Management

My advice istto the parent company, Kindred. Replace or retrain all administrative staff at Triumph from the CEO to HR. To include the CCO and day Supervisors.

    Pros

Triumph Hospitals have smaller facilities allowing for a more family like ,intimate atmosphere between co-workers. The staff get to know each other on a more personal level. It also allows for alot of team work.

    Cons

Understaffing creates a hostile work environment. it makes the work day twice as hard and long. There is NO EMPLOYEE APPRECIATION! I have never worked at a place that treats their emplyees as if they should be lucky that they have a job! Low wages. They are so non competitive its disgusting. And now that they are owned by Rehabcare..it has gone from bad to worse!

    Advice to Management

People can accept lower pay, and loss of hrs, etc if you treated them better. A nice thank you or some sort of recognition would be nice. You are constantly on us because of the budget and making our lives miserable....but I bet your bonus will be nice! Meanwhile, we may get a $12 turkey at Christmas!! Why dont you give up that bonus the help with the budget!

    Pros

There is a lot independent work, flexible.

    Cons

No matter how much you do it's never enough. Management always looking for what you can do for them, but never deliver on what they have promised you.

    Advice to Management

Do what you are going to say, say what you are going to do
